No Knead Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Stir
  • Then add
  • 1-1/2 cups hot water (no more than 130 degrees)

Directions

  1. Mix and wrap bowl in plastic wrap

  2. Let rise for 3 – 4 – 5 hours

  3. Put on well floured surface

  4. Transfer dough to board

  5. 2-3 tbsp flour on top

  6. Use scraper to work dough over a few times 5 or 6 times

  7. Put into a bowl lined with parchment

  8. Cover with a towel

  9. Put dutch oven with lid into oven

  10. Preheat oven to exactly 450

  11. Take dutch oven out and place parchment and bread inside

  12. Place lid on and put in oven

  13. Bake 30 minutes

  14. Take out of oven, remove lid

  15. Take parchment out and put bread back in pot

  16. Put back in oven for 15 or more minutes depending on how crispy you want it
