Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- Stir
- Then add
- 1-1/2 cups hot water (no more than 130 degrees)
Directions

Mix and wrap bowl in plastic wrap

Let rise for 3 – 4 – 5 hours

Put on well floured surface

Transfer dough to board
-
2-3 tbsp flour on top
-
Use scraper to work dough over a few times 5 or 6 times

Put into a bowl lined with parchment

Cover with a towel
-
Put dutch oven with lid into oven

Preheat oven to exactly 450
-
Take dutch oven out and place parchment and bread inside

Place lid on and put in oven
-
Bake 30 minutes
-
Take out of oven, remove lid
-
Take parchment out and put bread back in pot
-
Put back in oven for 15 or more minutes depending on how crispy you want it
