Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 4 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
- 2 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- Garnish: chopped green onion

In a large bowl, whisk together mayo, vinegar, honey, salt, pepper and celery seed; stir in all cabbage, carrot, and sliced green onion. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with chopped green onion.
