Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp. sherry vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup finely diced red onion
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
- 3 tbsp. chopped dill
- Garnish: chopped fresh basil, chopped fresh dill
Directions

In a large bowl, whisk together garlic, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper; whisk in oil in a slow, steady stream until well combined. Stir in tomatoes, onion, basil and dill. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with basil and dill.
