Molasses Mustard Barbecue Chicken

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 3 tbsp. molasses
- 2 tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 4 bone-in chicken breasts
- Garnish: black pepper, chopped fresh cilantro

In a medium bowl, whisk together mustard, ketchup, molasses, brown sugar, vinegar, tomato paste, Worcestershire, salt and paprika until smooth; reserve half of sauce in a small bowl.

Spray grill rack with cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Pat chicken dry with a paper towel. Lightly spray chicken with cooking spray. Grill chicken, turning occasionally and brushing with remaining barbecue sauce, until cooked through, 3 to 5 minutes per side.

Serve chicken with reserved barbecue sauce. Garnish with pepper and cilantro.
