Ingredients
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 10.5 oz. bag mini marshmallows
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries

Line a 13×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, letting excess extend over sides of pan. Spray parchment with cooking spray.

In a large heavy-bottomed saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Reserve 1/2 cup marshmallows; add remaining marshmallows to butter. Cook, stirring frequently, until marshmallows are melted.

Stir vanilla into marshmallow mixture. Remove from heat. Stir in cereal, freeze-dried strawberries and reserved 1/2 cup marshmallows until well combined. With lightly greased hands, press mixture into an even layer in prepared pan. Let cool completely in pan. Using excess parchment as handles, remove from pan; cut into bars. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
