Ingredients
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup mayonaisse
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
- 1 1/2 cups soft french bread crumbs
- 8 oz fresh cooked crab meat
- 3 tbs finely chopped red pepper
- 3 tbs olive oil
- tarter sauce
- tbs finelyh chopped green pepper
Directions

Cook celery and onion in olive oil until tender.

Combine egg, mayo, dry mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground red pepper in a mixing bowl. Add celery mixture,bread crumbs, cab meat and the red and green peppers. Mix well. Shape into 12 cakes

Cook cakes in 3 tbs olive oil for 2 to 3 minutes each side.
