Grilled Lemon Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Kosher salt and black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp. torn fresh basil

Directions

  1. Prepare a grill for medium-high heat.

  2. Toss the green beans with the olive oil, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper in a large bowl. Put a Grilling Tray on the grill, add half of the beans in a single layer and cook, stirring occasionally, until the beans are lightly charred and crisp-tender, 6 to 7 minutes. Transfer to a platter and repeat with the remaining beans. Top with the lemon juice and basil.
