Ingredients
- 2 large bunches broccolini, trimmed
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Pinch of salt and black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. agave syrup
- 1 tsp chili-garlic sauce
Directions

Toss broccolini with olive oil and salt and pepper on a baking sheet. Spread in a single layer and roast at 475 until charred around the edges, 8 to 10 minutes. Whisk soy sauce, agave, and chili-garlic sauce. Drizzle on the broccolini.
