Mexican Crema 3 Ways

Put in a squirt bottle to be “drizzled” on top of your taco!

Ingredients
- Regular Crema:
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- Lime-Cilantro Crema:
- 1 recipe "Regular Crema"
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon finely minced cilantro (optional)

- Tangerine-Cilantro Crema:
- 1 recipe "Regular Crema"
- 1 teaspoon Tangerine zest
- 1 tablespoon Tangerine juice
- 1 teaspoon finely minced cilantro (optional)
Directions

Regular Crema: Whisk together all ingredients. Allow to sit for 2 hours at room temperature…then chill.

Lime-Cilantro Crema and/or Tangerine-Cilantro Crema: Follow instructions for “Regular Crema”. Then whisk in the rest of ingredients. If mixture is too thick add a little additional heavy cream to thin. Cilantro can be optional in each of these.
