Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tsp chopped fresh oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/3 cup marinara
- 4 oz. fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced
- 8 small leaves Boston lettuce
- 8 dinner rolls, toasted

Preheat grill to medium-high.

Mix beef, parsley, oregano, pepper and salt in a large bowl until well combine. Divide the meat into 8 equal portions and shape each into a 1-inch thick patty.

Grill the sliders, turning once halfway, until cooked to your liking, 2 to 4 minutes per side.

Spoon marinara onto each slider and top with mozzarella. Grill until the cheese is melted, about 2 minutes more. Serve the sliders with lettuce on rolls.
