Ingredients
- 6 tbsp. butter, softened
- 3 small scallions, sliced
- 1 tbsp. grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- 4 ears grilled corn
Directions

Pulse butter, scallions, ginger, sesame oil, salt and red pepper flakes in a mini food processor until combined. Spread the mixture on grilled corn.
