Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1 cup diced bell peppers (red and yellow)
- 1 diced jalapeno
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 4 hot dogs
- Grilled hot dog buns
Directions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add red onion, bell peppers, and jalapeno; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, until tender, 6 to 8 minutes.

Add diced pineapple, honey, mustard seeds, and lime juice and zest; cook until thickened, 5-8 minutes. Remove from the heat and add chopped cilantro and parsley.

Grill hot dogs over medium-high heat, turning, until marked. Serve on buns with the pineapple relish.
