Ingredients
- 12 oz. broccolini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 15 oz. can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup sliced salami
- 1/4 cup chopped hot cherry pepper, plus 1 tbsp brine
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Directions

Toss broccolini with olive oil and salt. Grill over medium-high heat, turning until crisp-tender, 5 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and let cool, then chop. Toss beans with the broccolini, salami, hot cherry pepper, brine, vinegar, and olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
