Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Sichuan peppercorns
- 4 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
- 1 tsp light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions

Pulse Sichuan peppercorns in a spice gringer with cumin seeds, sesame seeds and red pepper flakes until cracked. Transfer to a small bowl and mix in Chinese five-spice, light brown sugar and garlic powder.
