Ingredients
- 2 tbsp salad oilk
- 2 tbsp pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp onion salt
- 3 cups cooked sweet potatoes cubed
- 1 14 oz can pineapple bits drained
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
Directions

Combine oil, pineapple juice, lemon juice, in bowl. Add salt and onion salt. Stir and add to potatoes. Stir and let marinate an hour. Add pineapple, celery and almonds. Toss lightly and serve.
