Ingredients
- 4 tbsp za'atar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Grilled Pizza Dough (see recipe)
- 4 oz. feta, crumbled
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 small tomatoes, sliced
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Flaky salt
Directions

Mix za’atar and olive oil to make a paste. Grill the pizza dough, topping with the spice paste and feta after flipping. Top with hummus thinned with water, tomatoes and a drizzle of olive oil before serving. Sprinkle with flaky salt.
