Ingredients
- 2 lbs. asparagus
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Pinch each of salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp. grated pecorino
- 1 tbsp. chopped thyme
- 1 tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

Toss asparagus with olive oil and salt and pepper in a 3-quart baking dish. Roast at 425 until crisp-tender, 10 to 12 minutes. Mix breadcrumbs, pecorino, thyme and butter. Sprinkle over the asparagus. Broil until the breadcrumbs are golden 2-4 minutes.
