Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 2/3 cup red grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp. minced shallot
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 1/2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder

In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
