Sausage-Cheese Balls

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Original Bisquick
  • 1 pound uncooked bulk pork sausage
  • 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (16 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crumbled
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley or 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Lightly grease jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 × 10 1/2 × 1 inch.

  3. Stir all ingredients until well mixed (you may need to use your hands).

  4. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls.

  5. Place in pan.

  6. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.

  7. Immediately remove from pan.

  8. Serve warm.
