Zucchini Bites

Ingredients
- 4 small zucchini, unpeeled, thinly sliced (3 cups)
- 1 cup Original Bisquick
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram or oregano leaves
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 4 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease bottom and sides of rectangular pan, 13 × 9 × 2 inches.

Stir all ingredients until blended.

Spread in pan.

Bake about 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Cut into 2-inch squares; cut squares diagonally in half into triangles.
