Spinach Pie

Ingredients
- 2 packages frozen spinach
- 1 bunch scallions, chopped
- 0.5 lb feta cheese, cut into half inch cubes
- 2 eggs
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

Defrost spinach overnight in the fridge (or in the microwave if needed)

Using a fine strainer press all of the water out of the spinach

Mix with feta, eggs, scallions, and Parmesan cheese

Bake at 350 until eggs are cooked
