Impossible Easy Ham and Swiss Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cut-up fully cooked ham
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded (4 ounces)
  • 4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
  • 1/2 cup Original Bisquick
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 eggs

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Grease pie plate, 9 × 1 1/4 inches.

  3. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in pie plate

  4. Stir remaining ingredients until blended.

  5. Pour into pie plate.

  6. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

  7. Let stand 5 minutes before serving
