Ingredients
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tsp hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- Black pepper, to taste
Directions

Whisk the ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire, mustard, hot sauce, salt and black pepper in a medium saucepan and bring to a low boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer, whisking occasionally, until the sauce has reduced slightly, about 20 minutes.
