Ingredients
- 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 10 oz. package frozen spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry and chopped
- 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated and divided
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella, divided
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream

eheat your oven to 350.

In a large bowl, stir sour cream with black pepper, garlic, artichoke hearts, chopped spinach, and cream cheeses; stir until blended well. Add 2 tbsp Parmesan and 4 oz. mozzarella; stir well.

Spoon the mixture into a 1 1/2 quart ceramic or glass baking dish, broiler-safe. Sprinkle with the leftover Parmesan and mozzarella. Bake in the prepared heated oven until bubbly, for 30 minutes.

Preheat broiler over high (leaving the dish inside the oven). Broil the dip until the cheese is browned lightly, for 3 to 4 minutes.
