Ingredients
- 1 small head red cabbage, thinly sliced and chopped
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar, or more to taste
- Pinch black pepper
Directions

Stir together all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Chill, covered, at least 4 hours.
