Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 6 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1 cup olive oil
Directions

Pulse onion and garlic in a blender or food processor until very finely chopped. Add orange and lime juices, cilantro, hot sauce, salt, black pepper, oregano, cayenne, cumin, and lemon-pepper seasoning. Blend until well incorporated. With blender running, gradually pour in oil, blending until smooth.

Using 1 cup marinade per 1 to 1 1/2 lb. meat, add marinade and meat to a large Ziploc bag. Seal bag and turn to coat; chill 4 to 6 hours. Discard marinade before grilling.
