Ingredients
- 4 tbs butter
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
- 2 c milk
- 1 tsp wsthire sauce
- 2 cups sharp cheddar, shredded
Directions

In 2 qt saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Stir in and blen the flour, salt, mustard and pepper. Stir in milk and w’shire sauce. Continue stirring until thickened.

Stirring continuously, melt the cheese into the mixture. Serve over warm toast.
