gooseberry rasperry crisp

corona recipe. Tim the guy who brings what he grows in the summer brought by gooseberries. So I made this up.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb gooseberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 tsp corn starch
  • crisp
  • 4 TBS butter
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions

  1. mix the fruit/cornstarch in the pie tin

  2. make the crisp and put on top

  3. bake at 350 till bubbly and good (half hour?)
