Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 2 cups unsalted peanuts
- 2 cups almonds
- 1 1/2 cups oyster crackers
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions

Whisk egg white in a large bowl. Add peanuts, almonds and crackers. Toss with sesame seeds, sesame oil, soy sauce, kosher salt and red pepper flakes. Bake at 350, stirring, 15-20 minutes.
