Ingredients
- Brussels sprouts, halved
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Cooked broccoli or broccolini
- Sliced Persian cucumbers
- Lettuce leaves
- Cooked green beans
- Green Goddess dressing
Directions

Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil and salt and roast at 400 for 20 minutes. Serve on a platter with broccoli, cucumbers, lettuce and green beans. Serve with dressing.
