Ingredients
- 1 pack of King's Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Slider Buns
- 1 lb. chicken breasts
- 1 can sliced pineapple
- Jerk seasoning
- 1 bag slaw mix or shredded cabbage
- 5.3 oz. plain Greek yogurt
- 1 lime, halved
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Cut chicken breasts in half to fit the size of the slider buns. Season chicken and pineapple slices with jerk seasoning. For more spice and flavor, use a healthy portion of spice rub on each side. Set aside.

Preheat grill to medium-high. While grill heats, prep the slaw. Put half of the slaw mix into a large mixing bowl. Mix in one-half to a full container of Greek yogurt. Add salt and pepper to taste. Squeeze the juice from half of a lime into slaw and mix well. Put in fridge.

Grill chicken and pineapple. Grill pineapple for 3 to 4 minutes on each side and chicken 6-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through.

Build your sliders: bottom buns, grill jerk chicken, slaw, grill pineapple, and finally top bun.
