Broccoli-Basil Pesto

Use on grilled meats or toss with hot, cooked pasta, adding grated Parmesan

Ingredients
- 10.8 oz. package Birds Eye Broccoli Florets
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 bunch of basil leaves
- Couple of garlic cloves
- Handful of walnuts
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
Directions

Cook broccoli as directed. Let cool briefly. In a food processor, combine broccoli with the lemon zest and juice, basil, garlic, walnuts, salt and pepper. Process, streaming in olive oil until smooth.
