Ingredients
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tbsp ancho chile powder
- Kosher salt
- 4 ears of corn, grilled

Combine the butter, garlic, barbecue sauce and chile powder in a food processor. Season with salt and puree until smooth.

Spread the barbecue butter on the grilled corn. Season with salt.
