Ingredients
- Kosher salt
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 16 oz. jar giardiniera, drained and chopped
- 5 oz. provolone, diced
- 5 oz. salami, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- Black pepper
Directions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook as directed. Drain and let cool to room temp.

Meanwhile, mix the mayo, olive oil and red wine vinegar in a large bowl. Add the pasta and toss well. Add the giardiniera, provolone, salami, parsley, and basil; toss well and season with salt and pepper.
