Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp whole milk
- 1 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- 3/4 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 16 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 package cheese ravioli, frozen and thawed
- 3 cups vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt

In a small sized bowl, combine egg with milk. Place the breadcrumbs and salt in a large shallow bowl. Dip the ravioli first into the egg/milk mixture and then coat them with the breadcrumbs.

Now, heat the marinara sauce over medium heat in a large saucepan until bubbling. Once starts bubbling, decrease the heat and let simmer.

Heat oil over medium heat in a large heavy pan until a small amount of breading sizzles and turns brown. Working in batches, fry the coated ravioli until golden, for a minute on each side. Place them on paper towels and drain. Sprinkle Parmesan over the top and serve immediately with some hot marinara.
