Ingredients
- 1 boboli
- 2 shallots, thinly sliced
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 2 granny smith apples, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c coarsly chopped walnuts
- 2tbs honey
- 1 tbs anise seeds
- 1 c shredded swiss
Directions

eheat oven to 450. Place boboli on pizza pan and bake 8 minutes. In large skillet, cook shallots in hot oil for 3 minutes. Stir in apples. Cook and stir for 5 minutes until apples are crisp tender. Stir in walnuts, honey, anise seeds and pepper. Spoon mixture over boboli and sprinkle with cheeze. Bake 5 to 8 minutes.
