Olive Garden Oven Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 475.

  2. Combine dill weed with thyme, oil, garlic, marjoram, basil, red pepper flakes, parsley, oregano and salt in a large bowl; mix well. Add potatoes in this mixture and give everything a good stir until coated evenly. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet or roasting pan in a single layer.

  3. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, until all of the sides turn brown, turning occasionally.
