Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
- 1/2 tsp salt

eheat oven to 475.

Combine dill weed with thyme, oil, garlic, marjoram, basil, red pepper flakes, parsley, oregano and salt in a large bowl; mix well. Add potatoes in this mixture and give everything a good stir until coated evenly. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet or roasting pan in a single layer.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, until all of the sides turn brown, turning occasionally.
