Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 8 oz. cookies, sealed in a Ziploc bag; crushed into coarse granules
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, powdered
- 1/4 cup of water
Directions

Transfer the crushed cookies to a blender or food procesor and pulse on high until you have a fine powder.

Slowly drizzle the vegetable oil and then the water; blend on high again until you get a paste like consistency. Slowly add in the powdered sugar and make sure everything is well incorporated; scraping down the sides of the blender often. Feel free to add more water until you get your desired consistency, if required.

Transfer to a jar with a tight-fitting lid and let refrigerate for half an hour before serving.

Go ahead and enjoy it on cookies, waffles, pancakes, ice cream or celery.
