Domino’s Stuffed Bread

Ingredients

  • 11 oz. package French bread dough, refrigerated
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted, divided
  • 1 tbsp cornmeal
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 cup + 1 tbsp shredded cheddar, divided
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 1 pinch dried parsley
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • Cooking spray

Directions

  1. Before cooking, preheat the oven to 350 and grease a large baking sheet with cooking spray.

  2. Choose a flat work surface and roll out your dough into a rectangle.

  3. Brush one side of the dough rectangle with 3 tbsp of the melted butter and the cornmeal. Flip the dough over and cover the other side with the mozzarella, Mexican cheese, and 1 cup of the cheddar.

  4. Seal the stuffing in by folding the dough in half and pressing the edges of the dough togther with your fingers.

  5. Brush the remaining melted butter all over the dough and sprinkle it with the Parmesan, remaining cheddar, the parsley, and the onion and garlic powders.

  6. Score the dough with 1-inch deep lines to make it easier to separate after baking.

  7. Bake the dough for 25 minutes. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
