Ingredients
- 4 to 6 white onions
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups Bisquick or dry pancake mix
- Oil
- Garnish: parsley
Directions

Slice the onions in half and separate the rings.

Mix the milk, eggs and salt in one bowl and then place the Bisquick in another.

Place the individual onion rings into the egg mixture and let sit for 30 minutes.

en the onion rings are almost done soaking, heat up some oil to 375.

Place the onion rings into the hot oil one by one and cook until they are golden brown.

Place the onion rings into an 8×4 loaf pan while they are still hot to pack them together—take note: do not press; just let the oil do its work.

When the onion rings have set, place the loaf on a plate and sprinkle it with parsley.
