Turkey Corn Chowder

Ingredients
- 1 Medium Onion
- 2 cups turkey broth
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup turkey pieces
- 1 can cream style corn (17 oz)
- 1 can evaporated milk (13 oz)
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
Directions

Saute onion in butter till soft

Add turkey broth and bring to a boil

Add potatoes, celery, carrots

Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until tender (about 15 minutes)

Add turkey pieces, cream style corn, evaporated milk, herbs and spices
