Crab & avocado salad & fruit salsa

Ingredients
- 1 lb crab
- 2 C peach, nectarine, or mangos diced
- 1/4 medium red onion, diced
- 2/4 medium red bell pepper, diced
- 1 TBSP chopped fresh cilantro (or parsley)
- 2 TBSP fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper to taste
- 3 ripe avocado
Directions

gently combine all ingredients EXCEPT avocado in a medium bowl. (Can be covered and refrigerated for several hours). When ready to serve, halve, pit, and slice avocado. Fan 1/2 an avocado per serving and serve crab salad along side
