Ingredients

  • 1 roast turkey carcass, bones, skin and bits
  • water
  • onion
  • carrot
  • celery
  • garlic bay leaf
  • parsley flakes
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Cover turkey carcass with water

  2. Add remaining ingredients

  3. Boil

  4. Reduce heat and cover

  5. simmer two hours

  6. strain
