Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Coors Light beer
- 2 tsp garlic, chopped
- 2 tsp dry mustard powder
- 2 tsp Worcestershire
- 6 oz. medium-sharp cheddar, shredded or cubed
- 2 oz. Emmental Swiss cheese, shredded or cubed
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Directions

Place the beer, garlic, mustard powder and Worcestershire in the top part of a double boiler and melt everything together.

Coat both kinds of cheese with generous amounts of flour.

When the beer mixture is hot, slowly add in the cheese while mixing with a whisk.

When the cheese mixture becomes smooth, transfer it to a sauce plate and serve with chopped veggies, bread or fruits.
