Ingredients
- Batter:
- 1/2 cup biscuit mix
- 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Chicken:
- 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 4 chicken breast halves
- 1 cup mozzarella
- Pasta:
- 1 qt. homemade tomato sauce
- 28 oz. can spaghetti sauce
- 3 to 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 cups mozzarella, shredded
- 12 oz. linguine, cooked, drained
- 1/2 cup Parmesan
Directions

eheat the oven to 350.

Preheat a pan over medium to high heat.

Oil a 13×9-inch baking pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil.

Mix all of the batter ingredients thoroughly in a bowl. Dip the chicken breasts into the batter, covering each completely.

Place the remaining olive oil into a pan and brown the chicken on each side.

Mix the tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce and garlic in a separate bowl.

Cover the bottom of the pan with 1/3 cup of the pasta. Spread 1/4 of the cheese over the pasta as the second layer. Spread 1 cup of the sauce over the second layer.

Repeat step 5 until all you have left is a little sauce. Keep 1 cup of the mozzarella for the chicken.

Place the chicken on top of everything and drizzle with the remaining sauce.

Bake the pasta for 30 minutes, then top with remaining mozzarella.

Bake for another 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
