Sweet ‘n’ Smoky Cherry Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 chicken cutlets
- 1/2 tblsp Smoky Cinnamon Paprika
- 2 Tblsp Cherry Jam
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 Tblsp Butter
- 4 ounces concentrated chicken stock
- salt and pepper

Preheat oven 425 deg

pat chicken dry with paper towels; season all over with the Cinnamon Paprika Spice , salt, and pepper.

Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken; sear until browned, 2-3 minutes per side.

Turn off heat and place chicken in roasting pan, place on top rack.

Cook 7-10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.

While Chicken is cooking Add Stock Concentrate, jam, and 1/4 c water to pan used for chicken.

Cook over medium heat, scraping up any browned bits from bottom of pan, until mixture has reduced slightly, 3-4 minutes.

Turn off heat; stir in 1 TBSP butter until melted. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve chicken with sauce poured across top.
