Chili Coney Dogs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 15 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire
  • 1 tbsp dried minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground mustard
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Dash cayenne pepper
  • 8 hot dogs
  • Hot dog buns
  • Toppings

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles, 6 to 8 minutes; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, water, Worcestershire, dried minced onion, garlic powder, ground mustard, chili powder, pepper, and cayenne. Place hot dogs in a slow cooker; top with beef mixture. Cook, covered, on LOW until heated through, 4 to 5 hours. Serve on buns with desired toppings.
