Ingredients
- 1 3/4 lbs. red potatoes
- 5 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan
Directions

Toss potatoes, butter, honey, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Transfer to a greased 13×9-inch baking dish. Bake at 375 until potatoes are tender, 35-40 minutes. Stir potatoes and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake until cheese is lightly browned, 5-10 minutes.
