Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 6 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt, pepper and garlic powder, to taste

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, bring 1 inch water to a boil. Add cauliflower; cook, covered, until very tender, 8-12 minutes. Drain; mash cauliflower, adding Swiss, milk, butter, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
