Twists on Nachos

Ingredients

  • Buffalo Wing Nachos: Spicy Buffalor sauce, shredded chicken and celery. Finish off with a drizzle of ranch dressing and some blue cheese crumbles.
  • Grinder Nachos: Add Italian sausage, mushrooms, onions, pizza sauce, scamorza cheese, and pickled pepper rings.
  • Pulled Pork Nachos: Barbecued pulled pork, coleslaw, BBQ sauce, pickled red onions, nacho cheese and sour cream
  • Apple Nachos: Slice up apples, then add a drizzle of caramel and a sauce made of marshmallows melted with butter. Sprinkle peanuts and chocolate chips on top.
  • Nacho Tots: Start with tater tops. Then top with chorizo, black beans, jalapenos, cilantro, green onions, avocado, tomato and a little sour cream.
  • Chorizo Nachos: Top with chorizo, queso, jalapeno and guacamole.
  • Nacho Pie: Crush 4 cups nacho-flavored tortilla chips; put in a greased 9-inch pie pan. Cook 1 lb. ground beef and 1/2 cup chopped onion until beef is no longer pink; drain. Spoon over chips; top with 16 oz. can chili beans, 8 oz. can tomato sauce and 1 c
  • Sloppy Joe Nachos: Top tortilla chips with sloppy joe mix, shredded cheddar and a scattering of sliced black olives.
  • Nacho Popcorn: Combine 1/2 cup melted butter, 2 tbsp grated Parmesan, 2 tbsp dried parsley, 1 tsp garlic salt, 1 tsp chili powder and a few drops of hot sauce, then toss with popcorn.
